Question Laptop battery calibration stuck at 0%

Hey Everone!
I am using latitude e7470 i5 6th gen and it's battery was doing strange thing 3 days ago.So I decided to calibrate the battery and I am using it for 2 hors it is at 0% everything is working fine no heating issue .
Do you think that it is related to battery calibration meter . I am still using the same laptop at the moment.
Another thing is that should I turn of the laptop or let it to completely drain until it shutdown it self??

completely drain until it shutdown it self is the best way.
and if possible change the battery please.
