Laptop battery charger question

Hello.
I have a Asus G53JW ROG gaming laptop but my battery charger broke.
I am in the process of looking to buy another one but they all seem to be 50$+ and was looking to only spend around 20$ (my judgement so please do not question)

So this is the powersupply that seems to fit my model but not my price

MY question, Would something like this do the trick aswell? or will the end not fit into my laptop?

For a gaming laptopt, it's usually better to get the original charger, as they can suck a lot of power sometimes. I wouldn't recommend a generic one.

Keep in mind that I'm one to get a different laptop's charger, cut off the end connector and solder in the correct connector, and use it like that. Ugly and not safe.

And even though, I'm still telling you not to go with the generic one. I don't think they're safe for your laptop.

That said, the charger you were looking at will almost certainly work with your computer, so you can buy it. Not recommended, but it will work, and you might even not have any kind of issues.

Hi, the HDE universal adapter not compatible with your laptop, it's rated at 4A, and the PWR+ is rated at 7.9A. So, you will have problems with the HDE. Why you don't buy an adapter like this one.

No, that one you refer to, didn't mention the output amperage, you need for the output of the adapter, 19.0V with 7.9A from a 150W adapter.
