Laptop Battery Will Not Fully Charge

I have a Sager gaming laptop that has been great for well over a year. I take very good care of it and i've almost never had any issues with it. However, yesterday I noticed that my battery was not charging all the way. It stops on 61%. I've tried to look through my power options but there isn't anything there. I am using the most current version of Windows 10. I would appreciate any help.

When I had similar it was an early sign of a dying battery but the laptop was about 3 years old

I have a SAGER NP8268-S and I cannot seem to find anywhere online that sells the exact battery needed
