Laptop Battery

Greetings
got a hp 640 g1. came with battery saying charged 100% although laptop would turn off instantly due to no capacity. I opened the battery pack and changed the two middle two for two other used hp 15 unusable laptop battery. here is my report. keeps wanting to charge over 100% and mWah keeps growing. I have not noticed over heating. the two middle 18650 that i replaced with are, half a volt higher. the two i removed had 0.017 charge each about.

i am using it now with this charge. do you think what? seems well so far. can it burst?

Weird, it seems like charger controller issue, how old is the laptop?

When ever it charges the capacity and the load is always at 100%. Battery health in batteryinfo view says 100% health. i know they not new. Switched it on and off several times so far so good. Have not sealed the battery yet it is open unglued pluged in the laptop. First time i repair a battery it did spark twice. Once circuit board other time battery.

used to charge over 100% now , here, it says 99% on taskbar its says 100%. has it settled.

Are u suggesting the battery pack consists of individual cells and you just replaced 2 cells? If so, sounds scary. I always though when one change tires, u replace all 4 and not just 1 or 2. But u sounds like u know what you are doing.

yes, the pack has 6 cells and i only replaced middle two. used 2 used i8650 i removed from a other battery pack. on the spur of the moment. first time i fixed a battery pack. it worked, so far.
