So... my boss is having a WiFi problem, I am from administration but still gives me the opportunity to fix it. DNS stuff is the problem, can't manage to fix it so I try to restore the system, I start doing my own work and when I look at the computer 15 mins later, its black (but that kind of black which still has a little bit of light in it), I give it a moment but still, nothing happens, so I turn it off, once I turn it back on it just goes to the same black with light and nothing else, I plug an external monitor, the monitor is with the same tone of black.
