Question Laptop black screens and cant do anything unless i force shut it down

So this has happened 6 TIMES in the past week, It happens RANDOMLY Im playing a game with my friends or on a zoom meeting then the laptop randomly freezes and black screens and I cant do anything besides force shut it down holding down the power button, Im getting tired of this i was doing a 300 word essay and when I was finally done IT FROZE AND BLACK SCREENED AND IT DIDNT SAVE IT
Im getting angry because of this issue please help me!

Please include the make and model of your laptop. If you can include an SKU to the laptop, that'd help us two fold. Include the OS you're working with. If you're on Windows 10, check and see what version you're on at the time of writing. On a side note, use CPU-Z to check and see what BISO version you're on. On a latter note, can you narrow down what might trigger a lockup?
