Hello TomsHardware! I encountered this problem on my laptop (ASUS TUF503, i5-7300hq, 12gbram, Gtx1050, 5400 rpm hardrive), in which it suddenly went into blue screen and upon restarting, it will load for minutes and will directly go to BIOS and the hardrive is missing. What might causing this? Because in my knowledge, blue screen means RAM. Thanks!

Blue screen does not mean RAM.
A BSOD is just a general "something went wrong" error page - and every blue screen code means something completely different (and there are tons of bugcheck codes).

This would sooner sound like your storage drive has failed - but unless you have the dump file or can recall what the bugcheck code you encountered, it might be harder to understand what exactly caused it.

However if your drive is also not recognised, the first port of call would be to change this and see if the problem persists.

If you have access to the HDD, make sure it is connected. Sometimes they come loose.
Otherwise I would contact Asus support since the laptop is fairly new, going by your specs, and may still be under warranty.
If it's not then you may need to replace the HDD, this would be a great time to upgrade to an SSD, and reinstall you last backup or use the recovery media you created.
