[SOLVED] Laptop Bluescreen (is this normal)

my laptop (asus gl553ve) just bluescreened for the first time in 1 year and it said windows_tdr_failure

is this normal?
this has only happened once since i bought this laptop a year ago

I would recommend that you uninstall your GPU drivers with DDU and then re-install them.
