Laptop boots straight to BIOS instead of drive with W10

I'm trying to boot to a drive that I just recently put a new install of windows on, and although it is set to boot to that drive, it goes straight to BIOS.

It worked the other day on that laptop, and then I installed a fresh Windows 10 on the device using another PC (because it has a CD drive). However now every time I boot it just goes straight to the BIOS menu.

you can't do that.
just make a USB flash drive install and tell the Bios to boot from the USB first (or just force it to a one time boot from USB if it allows)
