well I overclocked my laptop.all was fine until one day I messed up.. I reinstalled windows several times but it didn't work, so I want to know if there was a way to completely format my laptop from the bios.. I mean tottlay delete everything and make it new...

Which laptop do you have? Access the recovery partition (it is a manufacturer programmed hidden partition of your hard disk), there must be a key to press for it on startup. You can use it to factory restore your computer.

You mean you want to remove the overclock? Just go back into your BIOS and undo your changes or set it back to factory defaults.
