[SOLVED] Laptop bus speed is always max ?

Hi I need little help to find out why my laptop bus speed is running full @
Bus Speed 133.0 MHz
Rated Bus Speed 2394.3 MHz
and causing lots of fan noises
its start doing this 5min after tuning on the PC

or is there something else that is causing high fan usage non stop


I did not install any software or anything
suddenly out of nowhere it is acting like this

Its win7 ; i3; 8gb

bus speed has no meaningful impact on fan speed
either cpu or gpu is heating up....fan kicks in to cool it down
see your cpu/gpu temperatures, if its too high while doing nothing then heatsink might be dusted or repaste needed
