Looking to keep it in then the $200-400 Range. LAptop would be for my 8 yr old daughter. She wants to make her own blind bag opening videos

It’s cheap and has plenty of power and storage for your daughter’s videos. There are better one’s out there that are near your $400 ceiling but I wanted to keep your costs down with this recommendation. I chose it because the Inspiron series is a reliable and affordable line-up from Dell with good reputations. They’re sort of the standard everyday laptop, so to speak.
