After replacing laptop screen (XPS 13 9370), the camera stopped working. "Camera" is not even found under "device manager." Can this be fixed through software or is it hardware issue?

Was this an exact 1:1 replacement?

I would suspect a hardware issue...something not connected quite right.

Yes, it was a 1:1 replacement at a maintenance store where they changed the screen. Shouldn't "camera" still be found under "device manager?"

A 1:1 replacement, done correctly, should have resulted in NO issues regarding software.
It should work exactly as before.

Methinks something is not connected properly.

Probably hardware since its not showing in device manager. Make sure it didn't come unplugged.
