laptop cannot start properly

My Lenovo laptop can turn on to the Lenovo page but it cannot transfer me to sign in to my account. It says that if I want to interrupt normal setup press Lenovo care button. How can I turn my laptop again

Exactly how far does it boot? Does it just stop at the BIOS screen? Is this a new issue or always been happening with this laptop? Anything happen before this stated? What messages come up on the screen?

It just say Lenovo (I think that's the BIOS Screen), on the left hand corner, the coputer told me to press F1 for blah blah blah....
And yes, this is a new issue. I was using my computer, then it froze, I restarted it, and this is what I see

Go into the BIOS and reset it to defaults. Then after that is done, check to make sure the hard-drive is seen in the BIOS and set it as the first boot devise in the boot options menu.
