Laptop can't connect through wireless?

So I have a dell latitude c600 here, I've installed all of the drivers, but it can't connect through wifi. When I go into the application that the wireless driver installed, it says no wireless device was found. So what gives? It's running windows xp 32bit.

Yeah, it doesn't have wireless.

Back in the day wireless was extremely rare, and even Ethernet was usually an add-on card for laptops.
