Can someone please help me?
I thought I shut down my laptop and put in my bag, after few hours I take it out, the fan sounds very noisy and the backlight is on but my screen is totally black.
P.S I still can adjust the keyboard light, but my screen was blanked.
I pressed the start button for a minute but it doesn't shut down, I don't know how to force restart or shut down.
