Laptop charger, used OEM or new aftermarket?

The aftermarket charger to my HP laptop just died and was wondering if I should go ahead and buy another aftermarket one or if it would be better to get a OEM one, that used, like new. Both are around the same price.

Depends on the aftermarket. If it's a good quality, well known after market brand. I'd buy that. If it's some no name generic. I'd get the used OEM. Because who knows what junk is in the no name.
