I have an Acer Nitro 5 with RX 560X 4GB, Ryzen 5 2500U & Windows 10.

The problem first appeared after downloading and booting up a new game, i tried to load a map then screen suddenly froze, forcing me to do an hard reset. After that i was able to get GPU running couple of times randomly via enabling and disabling it on the device manager ( could play games or do benchmarks for hours without any errors, never got a error or crash while playing it) However after a restarting & waking up the computer from the sleep (sometimes after quitting the game) eventually os would randomly throw me a BSOD then stop working again (such as THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER and DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR) I can run the very same game or benchmarks just fine using iGPU.

I run GPU undervolted most of the time, besides few summer weeks which were very hot it never did overheat or throttle. Device manager and dxdiag still recognises the card by the way.

Things i tried:

Rolling back to OEM drivers, updating to latest and randomly installing older radeon drivers.
Repairing Windows, reinstalling via recovery mode.
Adjusting allowed maximum power , underclocking and undervolting.
Swapping RAMs to see if they are the issue
Swapping the power adapter
Updating Windows to latest version
I'm on the latest BIOS.

Card seems to work on idle just fine. however whenever i put a slight and constant load on it (10 seconds to up to a minute) computer will freeze instantly or mouse starts lagging, then computer becomes unresponsive.
