Laptop cooler for computer tower?!

Yes you should be able to place it inside the computer tower if it has enough free space inside, you may have to get creative with how to get the USB power cable to the outside of your tower to be plugged in.
Although it would work and the fans would spin, I don't think it would do much to help the cooling of your computer, unless you maybe take the side panel off, the fans would just be blowing air arround inside the tower, not really moving it in or out.
