Laptop cpu 100%

Hello,
Does anyone know what would cause my laptop cpu to max out at 100% when I use a specific wireless network. The laptop works great everywhere else.

Have more details about that Network?
Sounds like the CPU is hammering away at the network over some fault in connectivity?

It's the business network one of my work sites. The problem is intermittant but it lasts for a couple of days at a time

I'm thinking it's a network issue.
