[SOLVED] Laptop cpu overheating should i undervolt

I got a laptop with gtx 1050 and i7 8750h.When playing cs go(1920x1080, low settings and fps_max 120) cpu heats up to 85-90 celsius(max 95) which is dangerous to cpu and causes thermal throttling.
I don't know how to fix it and I read undervolting could decrease temperature.Should I do it or are there other solution to my problem.

Which laptop do you have?
You could use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU) to undervolt your CPU.
