Laptop Cpu reach +98 degrees Celsius when doing some light gaming

i tried everything such as put the cooling fan,change the thermal paste,clean the heatsink but there is no improvement in cooling the laptop still going to 98 degrees celcius. sometime the FPS drops from 60fps to 20fps what should i do.

Intel Core i7 2620m
4GB DDR3

From your first post, are you saying that you dissembled the laptop, removed the heat-sink and cleaned it? Is that correct?

Not if the CPU is throttling, it doesn't matter what the temp you see is, the cpu temp is seeing high temp - irrelevant of windows.

If you don't mind customizing some things, if you have any fans you can directly blow onto the heatpipe exchange to maximise cooling and run a program and see how it goes.
You can plug a keyboard into the USB if you can't assemble everything to test.

its mean i need to open all the case to blow air onto heatpipe because this laptop need to disassemble all the case to get the heatpipe out

Yeah maybe, or do you have something like a Hairdryer (no heat) and blow hard and fast into the heatsink

i do have fan that blow hard and fast ..............................but i need to use it at college
