Laptop CPU temp going up to 100°C when rendering videos

I have a hp pavillion dv6 laptop with an Intel Core i5 430M CPU.I've noticed recently that my cpu temperatures plummet up to 100°C when working with high loads like rendering a video. However the idle temperatures are somewhere between 40C-50C. What should I do?

It's warm but still under the max that CPU can handle (105C).

You could carefully use canned air and clean out any dust and possibly replace the thermal paste on the CPU which may lower it a few degrees Celsius.
