Laptop CPU temperature reading wrong?

I am using an HP Pavilion 17 with and AMD A-10 processor, and my temperatures are reading about 100c when idle, does this seem accurate? I have also just replaced my CPU thermal paste and cleaned out the system and it is still running the same.

does it feel hot? is the fan blowing at full speed all the time?
