Laptop CPU Upgrade

I have a Gateway NE71B and would like to upgrade my CPU.

I have recently upgraded my RAM from 4GB to 8GB and now would like to upgrade my CPU if possible.

it has an BGA413 socket, runs at about 1.48 GHz, and uses 18 watts.

Laptop cpus generally aren't upgradable, and BGA indicates that the cpu is soldered to the motherboard.
