I have two laptops Acer travelmate 5760zg-b954g50mnsk (pentium B960) and HP Pavilion dv6-6b90ec (I7 2670qm). I would like to upgrade Acer cpu by I7 from HP, both laptops have G2 socket, but when I removed both cpu i saw little bit socket difference, as you can see on he photos. Acer has PGA989R and HP PGA989. I can put I7 into Acer, but CPU it's rotated by 180 degree and I also have worry from motherboard compatibility, because Acer had 2 cores cpu with 35W TDP and HP 4 cores with 45W TDP and also bios CPU support. So can I put I7 into Acer?
