I own an Acer Aspire E5-511P-P1QH and my question is if its possible to change the N3530 chip to a better one, it runs Pentium 4 and just wondering if it can be upgraded to an icore processor?

While many laptops can be upgraded, no way you can go from a P4 to a different model entirely as the motherboard would not support it.

The cpu is soldered to the motherboard, if you could even find someone willing to replace it, the cost would be more than the system is worth. And even if the fastest cpu available in that package is compatible(it may not be) it's a very small 250mhz upgrade. So definitely not worth the cost.
