Question Laptop CPU with same single core performance as the I9-9900K ?

Is there a laptop CPU with same/similar single core performance as the I9-9900K? If not at least as powerful as i7 8700K?

there are many laptop CPUs with single core perf better then 9900K/8700K from both AMD and intel

from intel 11th gen laptop CPUs (H serie) are comparable to 9th gen desktop CPUs
13th gen laptop is like 50% faster then 9th gen desktop (single core perf)
