Hi

I have a weird problem with my pc audio. As I don't know where the problem might be, I specifiy all the information that could be relevant. I have a new hp omen laptop with OS Windows 10, Realtek sound card and it's driver updated. When I start using it there's no problem but after some hours the audio is crackling. It happens with bose noise cancelling headphones and with in ear earbuds, but to a lesser extent with the last. These 2 headphones work OK with other devices such as my mobile phone. The problem gets solved if I disconnect them and connect them again. It's not a big deal as it's easy to solve but I would like to know more just in case it can get worse or something. Thank you in advance.

That sounds kinda like capacitance to me. Because headphones have what is pretty much half of a transformer in them, they build a charge after a while. Try putting one of these on the cord: https://www.amazon.com/Uxcell-a12071000ux1058-Suppressor-Ferrite-Filters/dp/B009ENG6TI/
