Question Laptop crashing leaving behind black screen with static lines ?

Hi All, my laptop has been crashing suddenly leaving only a black screen along with some static lines and blocks as visible in the image. Haven't been able to decipher any pattern behind this happening. I have also uninstalled latest windows updates but this issue still persists. Any idea why this might be happening?

It is an HP laptop with Intel Core i7-8565U, 1.8 GHz processor with 16 GB RAM and Intel UHD Graphics 620.

Would really appreciate any help here.
