I am in the laptop market and I am looking for a laptop for work(no gaming). I was advised to look at deals at Microcenter because I live 20 minutes from one. I have been trying to figure out the differences between prices for the different computers, and see it is mostly internal components(cpu, ram, ssd size), but also screen, battery life, and screen quality. I saw this deal and was wondering if anybody had any thoughts or suggestions.

My budget is 800-1000 for a solid work laptop. I also feel comfortable adding an extra 8 gb or ram or nvme ssd if I need to.
