[SOLVED] laptop detective

i reset my gaming laptop so i could just have a fresh windows install and my 1660 ti isn’t detected anymore and the touchpad doesn’t work
installed all laptop drivers nothing works
gpu isn’t detected
nvidia geforce experience doesn’t detect it
nvidia control panel won’t download
tried to redownlisd touch pad drivers doesn’t work
i am getting a return but i’m still very confused at why this is happening
the gaming laptop is the EVOO lp5 with a 1660ti and i7 9750h.
the screen is still 144hz
the gpu is detected as a basic display adaptor
DDU doesn’t help

also the gpu has failed once before and i hasn’t reset it or anything but the track pad had still worked btw

If it failed before and not working again while still in warranty you should just return it and get another brand. Not really hard to figure out what is wrong, the card failed again probably due to using used parts or a not good repair.
