Laptop did not start after restarting

I restart my laptop because When I want to install game but it came to not responding. So I restart my laptop but it stuck on restarting and does not start. So how can I solve this problem

Remove the battery forcing it to shut down (Or hold the power button and see If it shuts down)

After that, replace the battery and turn the laptop on. Hopefully it'll startup normally.
