Question Laptop display issues

I have had 2 new laptops doing this playing videos on Youtube (pics) colors misaligned? The video is Facebook videos. Happened on both Win 10 and 11, one Acer, one ROG both using Chrome. Not sure what the name of this issue is either? Thanks for any help.

All videos seem to have this issue, but it is intermittent, if I restart computer goes away. The 2 issues always happen at the same time on each site.

that looks like a driver error of the video decoder

did you try another browser (chrome - opera - firefox) ?
can switch to from iGPU to GPU ?

did you try standard video driver (from MS - not that of the GPU)
