Laptop display stuck on zoom

I have an ASUS laptop from ~2016, running on Windows 10. I restarted my laptop earlier tonight and when it turned back on, its now so zoomed in that I can barely see the screen or anything on it.
I've tried to go into settings, but the screen is so zoomed in that I can't see any of the options and I'm just really confused and frustrated because I don't know why its like this all of a sudden.
I've restarted it multiple times just in case it was a glitch, but it hasnt changed. I can't search anything up to help me on my laptop, and I trued attaching a picture so people would have a better idea of the situation but I'm unable to.

Have you tried holding down the Ctrl key and press - (the minus key), or Ctrl and 0
Also try Ctrl and scroll your mouse.

I'm not sure about this one but you might wanna boot to safe mode and see if you can re-select the screen resolution in there.
