Laptop displays of 2600 x 1600 via external graphic card. I have HDMI with 1920

Have a laptop with HDMI capable of 1920 x 1080. Is there an external card which can provide 2600 x 1600 resolution?

Your laptop card should be able to provide that resolution. The HDMI cable is limited to 1920x1080, not your laptop. You need double-link DVI cable, and your laptop must have that connector so you could hook up an external display with that resolution.
