Laptop doesn't boot after installing SSD

Hi all,

I migrated window OS from HDD to SSD. After replacing HDD with SSD i restarted laptop & it goes blank.
Details:
Samsung laptop window 7 home
Crucial SSD 250 GB

I'm not genius when to the things like this.
Please help me what went wrong & how to correct it.

What do you mean by the "blankness"?

Is their a cursor or is it literally just a black screen?

Do you see the windows loading animation?

Can you get into the BIOS?

blackness mean nothing is visible except this symbol "_".
No window loading animation but I can get into the bios.

Try safe mode and repair my PC.

See if it has any affect, if it still doesn't work then can you not put the old hard drive back in to test that that is fine.
