Laptop doesn't have any Internet although I'm connected. help!

My laptop had an update before I shut it off last night and after I turned it on this morning, I get no Internet even though I'm connected and other devices connected to the network has Internet access. Also, whenever I boot up my pc, I get some. Net framework error. Just restarted my pc again and the error doesn't show up but I still don't have any Internet access. Any help?

Hopefully Windows did a CHECK POINT before the update and you can restore back to that. Run the restore app.
