Question Laptop doesn't hiberate properly on low battery

Hi guys, i have a problem with my Windows 10 laptop, when it says low battery it hibernates right? No, mine turns the screen off and then it stays black, the fans continue to spin and the light stays on, nothing happens, what could be the problem?

I have another problem, my laptop doesn't shut down, it just logs off.

Anyway I will update my laptop and wait since this seems like a problem only for me........
