[SOLVED] Laptop fan error - 90b

One of my HP laptops came up with an error the other day, error code 90b.

I did a bios update and I haven't had the error since but I downloaded speed fan to check the fans/temp and it doesn't show any fans and the temp is over 55⁰ when largely idle.

Can anyone suggest how I can check if the problem is solved or if there is still an issue with the fan?

Model is a HP Elitebook 745 G2 if this helps.

Pretty simple, use the laptop, does the fan spin and sound normal? If no, there is a problem.
