Laptop Fan Off or Very slow. Laptop Temperature goes up to 90C

I Brought Laptop Yesterday, Yesterday i unlocked BIOS (Unlocked Advanced and Power tab)
Acer Aspire ES1-531-C2KX
And My laptop Run at 90C
Fan is OFF or runs Very Slow
I Need Fan Control.
IT'S Not Normal

Is the cpu throttling? If not, it's fine. The N3050 has a Tjunction of 90C.

no. Laptop Freeze When it get 100C.
Fan Run Very Very Slow.
