Question Laptop Fan Speed Decreases While Gaming

So this is an issue that i discovered recently. The fan speed of my laptop varies and sometimes go really high while idle or watching videos and not gaming; But when i open a game, the fan speed just gradually decrease and lock in a certain speed which is not enough to cool the laptop and causes overheating issue. So the laptop has the ability to cool itself but for some reason the fan speed just won't increase while gaming. I tried many software like speedfan, open hardware monitor but they are don't have the option to control the fan speed.
My laptop is a rog zephyrus m15

does the laptop come with a fan software? I'm pretty sure most modern laptops have it, try that instead of third party software.

yes it comes with armor crate, but even tho i turn it to turbo or performance, the fan briefly goes to high speed but than just eventually goes back to a slower speed which is annoying.
