Question Laptop fans are a bit too loud (2800 -3300 RPM) ?

Is this normal? During gaming in 35fps it seems fans a bit too loud but I'm also okay with fans clearing out the heat, I'm just worried if they are spinning much too fast or not. MyASUS shows those numbers so it is official. Playing RDR2 with minimal graphics (1280x720)

Pretty much all the things are in 60c and/or max 63c APU GFX shows hwinfo while in game then cools down when I quit the game.

Laptop model: ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 (2022) ga503rm
OS downgraded from Win11 to Win10.
