Question Laptop fans don’t sound normal

My fans make a “vuvuvuvuvu” sort of noise in stead of like a “vvvvvvvvvv” if that makes sense. Here is a video. I turned my fans to the max, but they still do this during heavy gaming, which is almost 600 rpm slower than max. Does this sound like an issue and how can it be fixed? Any help will be appreciated.

Blow out the fans & heatsinks with a gas duster if you haven't in awhile. You may need to use a static & lint free brush to clean the fans if there's stubborn debris inside.

Nothing sounds particularly wrong to me in the video, but you know what they sound like normally better than most here will since you operate the machine regularly.

Sounds like a bad fan, but it may go like this for years wo getting worse, up to you to do anything about it if bothers you enough.

Likely, there is some damage to your fan and it should be replaced.
If your cpu temperatures are normal, I suppose it is OK to keep running it as is.
But an unbalanced fan can only get worse so be prepared to replace the fan.
