Hi all,

I am looking for a laptop that can do the following well:

I want to hookup my Playstation 3 to a USB input video capture device and display the game on the laptop screen. And since I want to play the game too, the video can't glitch or lag the controller action.

I found two laptops that I would like to purchase for this with the following specs:

A) Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 2.0 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, 6 GB DDR2, 6 MB L2 Cache, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650

B) Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 2.66 GHZ, 1066 MHz FSB, 4 GB DDR2, 6 MB L2 Cache, NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M

Any thoughts on which would better fit my need? If both work fine, which would better process the video/audio input quicker? Thanks.

Since you're not actually be going to game with the computer, choose B. The video input will probably be limited by the USB bus and the drivers for the interface, so the amount of power (considering today's notebooks) shouldn't really matter.
