Laptop for Autocad and Civ6

Running Autocad and Civ6 with other minor applications. Started a new thread because my budget is an unusual $2,000-$3,000. With this large budget I hope to run both autocad for 3d and civ 6 at max graphics even many turns in. What I'm looking for hopefully doesn't need upgrades past what is stock, and good portability/battery life are bonuses but mediocre will do just fine. Cheers.
