Laptop for Roblox and Minecraft

Hi all new here, coming near Xmas kids want laptop but after searching for a laptop to run Minecraft and Roblox on internet they always come up as gaming laptops and little out my price range.

Is there a laptop out there what will run these games for around £300 ? Thanks for any advice

I've seen kids playing Minecraft in the past (I don't know Roblux) - And on laptops, I notice how much they are straining them.
Laptop cooling isn't the best. I think it is best to get them a desktop, if they don't need the portability. Whatever laptop you get for them, if they play resource-heavy games on it a lot, it won't last long.
