Laptop for school

Hi guys, I had idea to buy a laptop for school.
I searched a lot of time and didn't really found a one that fits to me. I want that my laptop will be actually a hybrid laptop(with detachable keyboard), with normal camera that I can take a picture of the teacher's board, maybe some text, etc.
It should have a normal proccesor (doesn't have to be i5 or some powerful CPU) , and 4g or 3g network (both of them are optional.
The price should be 400$-750$.
Please help me to find the best laptop 😉

I7baby, thanks for recommending me this laptop but I can't find that it's detachable and has a camera (rear). Any recommendations guys?

Nevermind guys, I think I found the best tablet, Microsoft surface 3, it looks great and there are a lot of things to say about it but I'm not going to describe them... Anyway, if someone thinks that he found a better tablet than the surface 3 please post your opinion.
