Laptop for school

So I need a laptop for school wich needs to be able to run multiple VM's
They asked for atleast I5 and 16gb ram. So im looking for i5/i7 and amd equivelant with RAM expandable to 16gb+. Hdd/ssd no preffrence. So one I5(AMD) cheapest and one I7(AMD) cheapest

Running virtual machines, your going to need a beefy processor and as much memory as possible.
Any high end gaming laptop will perfect, however they are costly.

I would recommend looking into a refurbish/use:
4th or 5th Gen HP EliteBook
or
3rd or 4th Gen Dell Latitude
these are easy to upgrade.
