[SOLVED] Laptop for small business

My brother is looking for a laptop for his business. It’s small business and he needs it just to check email and his website etc... he wants to keep it moderately cheap. Trying to keep it under $300 if possible. Any help would be appreciated. He doesn’t want anything that is slow

Well slow is all relative, and for the budget anything new will be what many would call "slow". I suggest a used Lenovo T440 model, should be under 300 with a solid state drive and will be better than any 300 new computer.
